Premium Park Hotel

I really liked the property because of its cleanliness, which was well-maintained and inviting. The layout was practical and thoughtfully designed, making the space feel comfortable and easy to move around in. Additionally, the price seemed fair and reasonable for what was being offered, adding to the overall value of the property.The two girls at the reception were amazingly good and very welcoming. Their behavior was excellent, and it was a real pleasure interacting with them as they were extremely kind and helpful.

The best customer experience I've ever had. Special thanks to the front office manager " Nijat ", Ruslan, Nurlan, Fidan, and Aysu from the restaurant. I was celebrating my birthday with my wife and the staff surprised me with a big birthday cake with a delicious local wine 🍷. They've really exceeded our expectations :). The room was big with a nice view of the city. Breakfast was good with varieties of food. The gym was really amazing, full of new equipment with a spa and Turkish Hammam. Location is near to the city centre and Nizami street just 7 mins by Taxi and a waking distance of Cresent Mall just 5 mins. walk. Thanks a lot to all the hotel staff to make our stay full of happiness. It was an amazing experience and planning to come back soon and stay in the same Premium Park hotel .

I recently stayed at the Premium Park Hotel and had a great experience. The room was spacious, which made for a comfortable stay, and the bed was cosy enough for a good night's sleep. One of the highlights was the TV, which was excellent for unwinding after a long day. The breakfast was amazing, offering various food choices to suit all tastes. The reception staff were also incredible – friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Overall, it was an enjoyable stay, and I would recommend this hotel!

Second time spending a night in a smaller room. Did ask for an upgrade but nothing available. Breakfast spread was excellent as always. The two lovely ladies at reception, Sevil and Fidan, always a pleasure, and smiling.

My stay at this hotel was absolutely wonderful, and what truly made the experience exceptional was the amazing staff, especially the two receptionists, Fidna and Safi (I hope I pronounced their names correctly), who work the morning shift. From the moment I arrived, they welcomed me with warm smiles and genuine hospitality. Their professionalism, kindness, and willingness to go the extra mile made my stay incredibly comfortable and hassle-free. They were always ready to assist with any request, answering my inquiries with patience and a friendly attitude, which truly reflects the hotel’s high standard of service. Thanks to their outstanding hospitality, I felt like a valued guest rather than just another visitor. Having such dedicated employees like Fidna and Safi at the reception creates a welcoming atmosphere and makes guests want to return.
